I am increasingly becoming interested in methods for incorporating animal movement into models of habitat selection.

- I have been collaborating with Johannes Signer and Tal Avgar on an R package called amt (animal movement tools) for modeling animal movement using step-selection functions (Johannes is the mastermind behind this work!). For more information, see our paper published in Ecology and Evolution here.
- We have projects in our lab where we are studying movements of sandhill cranes and trumpeter swans.
